Running the delivery team and leading on client and candidate liaison and getting the person in front of you for interview who fits the bill and sees you as the right career move will be Emily.

Emily has over 14 years experience in recruitment delivering candidates within a pay range of £20,000 up to over £80,000. She has placed candidates across a very full range of skills from sales to finance HR and project management and across a wide range of businesses from national and international companies to charities.

Jane has 20 years experience in recruitment, including Agency, In house and Account Management within an RPO. Her industry experience includes, retail, finance, IT and Marketing. She will lead on finding the candidates who are the best match for your role, team culture and organisation.

Jeff Cant

Originally an accountant by training after a career in the public sector Jeff has had over 20 years experience as a freelance interim manager and consultant. Working with a wide range of organisations at Board level in Director and CEO roles. He has specialised in change management and been involved in a full range of projects from business planning, structural change and relocation to major IT change picking up a Business Masters along the way.

His role is to make sure the delivery team is supported and provided with advice on specialist roles and the business challenges any new recruit may find in their new role in your business and your sector
